Who we are

PROCAB Studio SA, hereinafter PROCAB, is a digital agency headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.

PROCAB processes your personal data in compliance with the data protection laws in force in your country, in particular by respecting the principles of lawfulness, fairness & transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, retention limitation, integrity & confidentiality.

In this Privacy Policy, references to “PROCAB”, “we”, “us” and “our” are references to the entity responsible for processing your personal data, which is the entity that generally obtains your personal data.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data that we obtain through PROCAB properties, such as websites and subcontractors with whom we deal to provide our services.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal data we obtain, how we may use that personal data, with whom we may share it, and how you may exercise your rights related to our processing of that information. ‘Controller’means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union law or by the law of a Member State, the controller may be designated or the specific criteria applicable to his designation may be provided for by Union law or by the law of a Member State;

‘Processor’means the natural or legal person, public authority, department or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller;

‘Third party’means a natural or legal person, public authority, service or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, placed under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorized to process personal data.

Where is your data stored?

We store your data in different datacenters depending on how you use our services. However, your data is all stored in Switzerland.

 

How long do we keep your data?

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we retain the personal data we obtain about you for as long as (1) it is necessary for the purposes for which we obtained it, in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, or (2) we have another legal basis, indicated in this Privacy Policy, for retaining said data beyond the period during which it is necessary to achieve the original purpose for obtaining the personal data.

How we transfer your personal data

We may transfer the personal data we collect and store said data in other countries which may have different data protection laws to those in force in the country in which the data was provided. In such cases, we will transfer personal data only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. To the extent permitted by applicable law, when we transfer your personal data to recipients located in other countries, we take all appropriate measures to protect your personal data.

 

What are your rights?

To the extent permitted by the law in force in your country, you may (1) access, modify, update and correct the personal data we hold about you; (2) ask us to delete or restrict your personal data via our contact address; or (3) exercise your right to data portability by the same means. Where permitted by law, you may at any time withdraw the consent you have previously given us to process your personal data for legitimate reasons relating to your particular situation, and we will apply your preferences where appropriate. To request the exercise of these rights, please contact us at the address given in the last section of this document.

 

How we protect your data

PROCAB establishes security in accordance with the principles of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation. The measures taken are technical and organizational measures relating to data security in order to guarantee an adequate level of protection with regard to data confidentiality, integrity, availability and system resilience.

These measures are part of our organization’s life cycle, and are implemented at all levels of the system. Furthermore, security is a continuous process, not a static element. From this perspective, technical and organizational measures are subject to technical progress and further development, just like risks and threats.

 

Changes to our Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically and without prior notice to reflect changes in our information practices. We will indicate at the top of this Privacy Policy the date it was last updated.
